Question about cylinder heads

Am I right to assume that the main difference between a cga3de and cg10de cylinder heads is the cams. I am looking to fix a spare cga head with bent valves I have a spare cg10de head for donor valves. Looking at a supply catalogue it gives the same part number for the cg10de cg13de cga3de inlet and exhaust valves respectively. Can anyone confirm the valves are indeed the same before I start dismantling a good cg10de head?

Valves are the same.

Is it a coilpack or dizzy cg10 head? You are right in assuming the only difference in heads are cams and dizzy holes, so if its coilpack why not just fit that head and change cams over? A lot easier then messing with stem seals and what not!! Just a suggestion

Both heads are coil pack. So it's good to know they are interchangeable if you change the cams over.
