Turned this lot....

It'll sit under dash on floor just in front of gear lever

Idea was to have a plug and play box which
Holds ecu, widenband O2, relays and fuse holder, that I can transfer between cars, with out having to dismantle and rewire each time

I had a similar idea but not interchangeable and no gauges etc
What size box did you use Neil?
Every one I've seen seems too small

300x 200 from a electrical factors, £10

Got boost, tacho and AFR gauge, all it needs it 12v supply and its done

This way if I smack up the car, or it rusts out, just plug it into new one

I'm just playing with stuff at the mo as I don't actually have a car lol

I have buggered my arm up and just can't work on it until it heals (which could be months)
Have done loads to it but it's just gonna sit here now. I need to get the bodywork done before the summer is thro as I have no garage but just can't see it happening at the moment. Sad.com

I'm having trouble coming up with a idea of how to make this black idler pulley into a sprung belt tensioner

Put the pulley on a pivot and mount a bracket behind it to hold a tension spring

i would extend a sandwich plate under the s/c neil, and use that bracket you have as a stay
so, a slot facing you in the pic, close to the top pulley for max belt contact
