the charging rate i can believe. 220v at whatever amps directly into a Rectifier could quite easily charge any batteries in 10 minutes,.... its the quality of the rectifier thats the biggest hurdle and the charge rate and cycle rate of the cells.

if they are using li-po batteries there will be no problem with weight or power. if they use li-ion there may well be a slight reduction in power, longer run time but more weight....

its still pug fugly though..
