Paint query

Hi Guys, I'm new here having just bought an 02 1.0 Micra Vibe. I got it home and to my horror discovered it seems to be a different colour under the bonnet to the rest of the car! The paint code on the VIN plate is AW7 (Burberry) which matches the exterior of the car but the underside of the bonnet and engine bay seems to be the normal non-metallic red.

Can anyone tell me if this is normal please?

I'm also after a bit of touch up paint, can anyone steer me in the right direction to get some that matches?
