it's totaly illegal too use someone else pic unless they have permission from you.
but i guess they never asked you ??? so complain too ebay

Nope no permission was given neither was it asked for! I've sent them an email,now gonna report them to Ebay

It does happen. I had someone use a bunch of pics of my bike to advertise his. Posted the link to a bike forum and a few of the members gave him abuse for it which caused him to remove the auction and start a new one with abuse directly aimed at me :laugh:

I would've been flattered if they used my car as an example of the outcome. They're not gonna show a crappy one and expect to sell. I would've just privately mailed them and told them you'd let it go this time but to ask permission if they wish to sell anymore.

I messaged the company and got no reply. Reported it to Ebay and looks like they've removed it.
