My Purple Priscilla Build

So it started of like this, a plain old purple 1.0 K11, Had terrible paint so i buffed the shizuoka out of it and got a shiny bright sparkle.

Made my way to the January MSC meet to check out the Micra scene and boy was i pleasantly surprised.

Saw that my car needed better wheels, so i "hunted" for some wheels and a good friend popped up with some mint wheels for an even minter price, so you can guess what happened next.

They sat in the garage for a week until i could afford some new tires, wasnt too keen on the stretch so i put on some larger tires and slapped them on.

Went through 3 sets of nuts before we could find the right schampher but they're on now and i love them.

Nipped up to starcity again for the May meet, it was nice to see everyones progress but also a shame to see that some nice guys had moved on to bigger cars, but on the bright side i got to meet some new people too.

I had some money burning a hole in my pocket and saw that another friend was selling his buckets, brought them along with a new boss and some acrylic door cards which will be going in soon.

There were a few tears in the seat so i got mumsy to sew an old badge patch thing i had lying around onto the seat and there we go.

Also brought this and wrapped it around the head rest, got it from Japan for £3, bargain!, so i slapped it on.
The seats will be going in soon once i get the welds beefed up on the brackets and so will my new steering wheel once i get some new hardware for it. il do little bits and bobs on the car but my long term aim is to lower her, better rubber, stiffen her up a bit, lose some weight (me and the car) and rag the s*** out of it. just to let you know the seats will be going in within 2 weeks.

Those wheels look fantastic I do have a major soft spot for a purple press face...... guilty seats are going to look great looking forward to the next update x

Thanks a bunch, i do love her face, I think she needs a tongue sticking out the lower grille. Fingers crossed the seats should be in either this week or next.

Update-on the way to get the seats welded, weather permitting they will be in tomorrow

Welding is now done, both brackets have been beefed up and the crack has been fixed, gonna give them a clean and hopefully get them in tomorrow.

Got the seats all cleaned up and got the rips and tears sorted, the small ones you cant even notice but the big ones arnt so pretty, to be honest im not really fussed, unfortunately the weather has been cack so I haven't been able to get them in but rest assured they will go in eventually

I'm going to start of by saying my back side fits the new seats perfectly with literally no room to spare and due to me being still 16 (sigh) my parents have to drive it if it needs to be driven. Now my parents have a wider posteriors than me and if they cant fit in the seats they can't drive it. So Unfortunately the seats aren't going in until August. On the Bright side i should be getting my sills sorted soon along with my utterly s*** boot lid. Oh yeah and new shtichas on the way.

Booked the car in to get the drivers side sill repaired

Sills have be repaired (sort of) how ever ive decided to sell the seats and take it easy with Cilla, due to me coming to my senses and realizing that having a silly uncomfortable racecar isnt the best choice for my first car. Don't worry Cilla will still get her fair share of mods, just more subtle ones that dont take the p***. I still intend to make her fast and corner well, just with more creature comforts. Planning on making a nismo style grill soon.

Cleaned mine and my dads car, headlight protectors came the other day so they went on, Brough an sr spoiler and thats currently being painted. The bucket seat have been sold as I want something comfier, maybe some ep3 Civic type r seats or something.

The spoilers is being resprayed tomorrow so it should be on by the end of this week. its about a month until the car gets registered in my name so that means its about 2-3 months to go until she gets lowered (finally)
I've also been thinking alot lately about the Micra scene and alot of the proper nice K11's have gone in recent times and my initial plan was to get rid of Cilla asap but my feelings have changed. once the car legally becomes mine im going bonkers. when the time comes to move on i want Cilla to be remembered as one of the best and well known K11's.
So now i just need to figure out how and that might involve selling the wheels.

Alright the paper work has came through the car is now in my name and the insurance has been paid for, happy days. On the downside all modifications are on hold until my insurance company stops being a massive ****.

So first of all id like to start of by saying they i recently started my apprenticeship with JLR. I am going into the power train department. This means im going to be learning how to strip and build engines and these skills are definitely going to help me with the build, thats the first bit of good news. Secondly after a long discussion with my mom im keeping Cilla and the K10, my plan is to turn the k10 into a daily and do a few mods like wheels and suspension etc and sorn Cilla. This means once i pass my test stuffs really gonna pick up on this build. I have no idea whats in store for Cilla but it probably involves track days, 200hp+ and lots of fab work, so the Cillas build is back and let the Roxy build begin!!

Sorry about the lack of posts lately, my apprenticeship has taken up alot of time. On the bright side im planning on getting BSR coilovers, strut braces and anti roll bars with a adj panhard rod so she should handle like she's on rails. Oh yeah and i brought these teeheehee.

Bought a adj panhard rod a few weeks a go and should be getting some coilovers for the front soon, im just going to cut the rear springs and get banded steelies.

Alright got Corsa B front coilovers on the way, Mk1 golf rear coilovers, a modified grill and a front lip (which according to some bloke on facebook) is a proper rare "JDM AS F***" optional extra. So i have a mad rare part, lets cable tie it back together and scrape the s*** out of it!!

Right big update time, like seriously this is what I've been waiting to do since I started this thread, got coilovers, adj panhard rod, Sr clocks, JDM optional front lip, painted the grille and managed to scrounge some very very rare micra Sri badges, picked up a new steering wheel and made myself a gear stick, also have Sr bumpers in the shed and finally I'm sorry but I'm swapping the Momos for the last set of Frank steels ever made and the only k10 ones to my knowledge.
