as above! yay or nay? ive finsihed painting half of it! oh and before anyone says ''its a carbon wanna be'' its not lol...i just like the look of matt bonnets!

I'd prefer a satin black finish, matt looks a bit chalkboardy. Still, regardless of what other people say do what you think looks best, that's the point of modding.

In short I say go for it!

My club once had a chalkboard nova, it was great for carshows eveyone just wrote crap over it, it was brilliant fun!!!

I have a feeling youve already decided, lol. As already said, if you wanna do it, do it im assuming this is on a spare bonnet...if so you can always return to normal if you change your mind.

i got a black bonnet on my car, not to look like a carbon one but just to balance out the colours, and i am quite attached to it tho i know to most people its not their cup of tea.

my dad has just yesterday got a fiat bravo with a matt black bonnet on, and tbh it looks fairly cool with the gold/orange paintwork
