Lowering on 15's?

Hi everyone, new here so be gentle lol. gona get sum pics up of my car wen we get sum good weather. Anyway my micra is currently sitting on 15's on standard springs. The problem is it looks way too high now but just wondering will i get away with lowering it? Even by like 30mm?
Have heard storys of scraping and allsorts so thort i best check!

what tyres do you have? I'm guessing 195/45/15s or 195/50/15s?
You should be alright depending on the ofset of the wheels

Sorry about that, yeh 195/45/15s. Thanks for the quick reply! so how low do you think i cud go? 50mm at a push?

yer probably be fine. there is a blog by no_jezabel who is lowered 50mm on 15

mines been fine lowered 35mm with 195/45/15 tyres as has everyone else on here

if you lower by 50mm let me know if you have any problems with scrubbing!

like MM say,s tho, it depends on the offset, deep dish 15,s will scrub on full lock even without lowering

mine are fine, i have 40mm lowered on 195/45/15's 35mm spacers and it rubed on the right hand front at full lock, but that was a welded seam in the chassis, so i bent it over with the ol'trusty hammer and bobds your uncle.... no more rubbing..
