As with all tensile steel there is a measured amount of stress trapped into the steel during manufacture and this needs time and weight to distribute and bed into its new home!?
How do I expedite the process safely?

Looks low enough for me. Lovely colour. Noticed mine drove better after a few weeks. Looks great. You could try fitting 5mm or 10mm wheel spacers to fill it out. As long as they're hubcentric, and not off ebay, no safety issues. I changed wheels. Lower offset means they stick out an extra 7mm, looks great. Someone on here has had the wheel spacers put on rears only. They aren't expensive. Gives that more squat look.
Settlement is common and takes for a while, this happened in all my vehicles Camaro, Micra and Harley. Do not worry! It’s the front that needs to go lower, is the settlement thing a common issue?
I noticed same thing with my Micra, when I lowered it. And with fairly cheap extra 10hp, it's fun to drive!... I honestly cannot feel any of the night and day comfort difference between standard and lowered suspension, I can notice it handles so much better.
How about making a blog of modifications of your Micra?I didn't get the rear discs fitted yet, I have the parts.
How about making a blog of modifications of your Micra?I only did the pro lowering, let alone sport. I noticed my wheels tipped slightly in at the top, when lowered. Did my head in, no desire to try it again.

Would be easier to follow, now your mods are scattered in various threads...
It needs a new home/owner, will be advertising it soon
It's too nice a car to get rid? If it was mine, I'd have some black paint/detailing done, to make it look a bit more masculine, mind you, not black wheels. Sports exhaust and air filter modified, give it 2 or 3 good oil changes (with a few days in between each chamge), then drive it around ringing the nuts off it. You can rag a car if the oil is spotless.
I cannot disagree, it is a nice car however my agenda has changed so I do not wish to proceed with the other upgrades I had planned. I need to find the car a new loving owner
What are you thinking of next? Saw a lovely reproduction mrk1 gti on ebay. I'd love one of those or a mk2. The repro one had a full restoration, and bare metal respray. Practically as new. Wants 10k for it. Seems a bargain, for an immaculate gti, all bar on documents.
