List 1B MSA blue book

Basically, i need some tyres fron list 1B in the blue book.... Cannot find any tarmac tyres that are 175/165 and 13" anywhere?! (bar cr311)

help anyone?

Yeah, they just have gravel tyres in that size.... No idea why they chose list 1B :/

Get an msa licence you'll get one for free

Welcome to rally
Get some used gravel tyres is my advice. Cheap and not as chunky as they're used

yeah, probally will have too... or persuade the championship director to let us use other tyres (I know him fairly well)

Only a couple of times they're a grippy tyre and wear well

Its what i run mate, dont take long to warm up & stick like muck to a blanket... gets the car onto 3 wheels no problem

Alot better than i had thought they would be to be honest, after a good rain shower there wasnt too much difference between when it was bone dry.... can be quite confident with them, steady rain you can still push on with them.

Only downside is they will aquaplain in "deep" water quite easily, and it doesnt have to be that deep to be honest

Should be ok providing they're not too wide and your setup to push your front wheels down for traction? Same with any tyre in the wet
Edit: am I thinking too much into it again

They're gonna be 175's so 'should' be okay in water... Fingers crossed

I usually say no more than 185 whatever terrain your on after your tyre its down to how you set the car up
