ahh right, i have a v reg and even thats had some welding done, not much tho, so i expect more in time, shame its not on the road tho

You will be lucky to find a micra that hasn't been welded these days.. Shame really rot is what kill them ..

Mine hasnt been welded , granted its from 2000 but when i put it up on the ramp is was almost imacculate :L

Indeed, happy as can be with it , only problem is has in a slight slight wheel wobble and a few of the heatshields are rattling haha

Just take the heat shields off, thats what i did any way..

Getting some quotes tomorrow to get the welding done.. So i will no soon if it will be getting fixed or coming off the road..

Fixed Had a brand new cross member welded in and got the inner sill patched..
Cut the rust out in the sill my self. so i new that they would defiantly be welding back on to good metal.
Should be a fare few years before i see rust in these arias again...
Just need to get it to the MOT station and we will be back on the road.

Also as my Micra will be celebrating it's 20th birthday this year. I have been looking at treating it to some thing new and shiny.
Thinking ether a nice exhaust or wheels, but cant make my mind up yet

Think i spent about £180 in total. So well worth saving i recon..

Finally got my self a proper welder, so i will be able to get a few lil jobs done with that.

Also got a nice stainless steel back box on it's way. Hopefully that will be here and fitted next weekend..

I sold it after the rear screen got smashed.. I kinda lost interest in it after that, and when i found lots of rot issues..
But it is all sorted now. Got my Micra mojo back

Got my new wing and spoiler painted today, Wing looks good had 5 coats of blue and 5 coats of clear coat,Spoiler got a few coats of gloss black but cud do with a couple more..

whilst waiting to turn right on a main road hit up the back buy a mitsubishi colt tand bounced in to the path of a transit van ended up facing the opposite way in the mouth of the road i was waiting to turn into and the car was just over 1 year old needless to say i was not a happy puppy

Not updated this for a while but i have been verry busy( got married and moved house)

Needed some new tyres so got the compomotives karlj was selling on here.
Not shure about them, but i have had a couple of idears for wheels so they wont be on for that long.
