Looks like my old blog got deleted with the server crash and such, soo..
I call it Lawrence for some strange reason.. haah.
Picked this up for £250 from some kid who had it for about 5 month and never ever cleaned it.
It was in dire need of help, it stunk of petrol, had loads of stuff in it and everything was hanging off.
After cleaning it, decided to colour code the mirrors, as for some reason they were black.
The next thing needed was a rear bumper, as the body kit was only held on on the right hand side, so it was just hanging.. so I went and got one, which turned out to be green but none the less it was a new bumper
And my mate, who's got a great touch with spray cans sprayed the bumper.
The next problem we were faced with was that the exhaust never actually sounded too rumbly, it just sounded daft, after putting our hands over the exhaust we noticed there was actually nothing coming out and looking under there was a massive hold where the back box starts, so I had to get a standard exhaust.
Here's the scariest bit.. we eventually got our hands on a Super S / SR bumper.. it was gold but ok. As we took the body kit ooff on the front, this is how it was held on.....
SCARY. lol.
Then, after deciding that the paint looked manky, we decided to respray the thing. My mate, who is great at doing this got a lend of a compressor and got to work.
And here is how it stands now..
With a dixie horn :-D.
Haha.
Cheers for reading peeps! I doubt it'll pass it's next MOT which is in January so probs gunna be stripping Lawrence in December / January.. so some Super S parts will be coming around then haha.
