Some may know i'll be changing car in a year or so's time. Rather than selling the car as a whole,i'll be breaking it when it comes to it.

Now before anyone bites my head off and say they want this and that.

I'm only doing this to see if members would be interested in anything. Obviously alot of stuff is custom and/or abit of money,so prices will vary when it comes to it.

I had the idea of an 'exchange plan'. Which would mean you purchasing a part at a lower value + the same part but the Factory equivilent.

For example: My bad boy bonnet = Standard bonnet + £40

That way,i could re-build the car and turn it back to factory standard,so then i could sell the car as a whole,but completely standard. Again,this is just an idea and nothing is set in stone.

Have you considered an engine transplant? Maybe an sr20 from almera gti?

Still be unique and go like stink

Or do you want the normal run of the mill s13 s14?

I think if you had the opportunity to have the beast from the east with 160 bhp you wouldnt go anywhere

I honestly dont know mate,i just cant see any reason why i need to keep pumping hundreds and hundreds of £££ into it,when it'll still be a 1.3 Micra. I love the car and community to bits,but when i can insure an S14a for not much more than the Micra,it seems silly to spend looooads more on the Micra,when i can buy a new car with the engine in already!

Yeah i understand the power to weight etc will be hughly immense in the Micra,but its hassle i dont need. I'd like to think ive been an inspiration to members,i dont see it as one of the best in the club as there are far better ones
 
I've driven s13s s14s been in an competion spec s13 with 380 at the wheels

Awesome cars unadoubtadly (spelling) however it will cost you and cost you and cost you

You forget parts for these will run slow one day, people are going through gearboxes and shafts every meeting

There are bigger and better cars I'm not disputing that, I've had one

Doesn't give me the same feel, something about a k11 I love

I get the pizs ripped out of me at work for it, schity micras ner ner, never be fast, granny cars etc etc

I think you've done just a bout every visual mod you can lol

Time for power, I'm sure if you drove a k11 with 170bhp you would love it!

The pocket rocket will stay with me until It can't go on anymore :(
 
Yeah if i had a micra with 170bhp ish (or what ever figure) then i'd still love it. But i just cant help but think its just gonna be the same 'ol car that i've had for the past 3+ years. I honestly dont know!

Seeing Noddie's turbo'd car at Brighton made me wanna turbo mine,but i have NO mechanical knowledge at all! No one lives close to me that can help out. If i took it somewhere out of Norwich,i'm gonna be without a car,and i dont know what is being done. Same again with an engine conversion,its not just about slapping an engine in,its everything else thats gotta go with it. Then when something breaks/goes wrong you've then got the agro of sourcing stuff,making sure its right.

I'm having enough agro with this gearbox,and thats only a gearbox and flywheel!
 
with the 4-2-1,sports cat and the back box (which is an Ashley) it reads 90.2 decibels. Which...i think is illegal (oops!) But ever since having it on the car i havent been stopped for it. Its only reeeally loud (and raspy) at 4000rpm
 
I would buy the whole car if I had few quids spare :p

For now I can only bid for the Gas Bonnet Struts :)
 
I honestly dont know Mike,trouble is...if i sell it as a whole,it'd be far less than what it'd be in bits. I've spent a good £5k-6k on it (thats just on modifiying) and book value is probs only about £2k. So in my eyes it'll better to break it

Can anyone else see where i'm coming from with the whole 'buy a car thats quicker in the first place'? I really dont want to...but i just cant bare spending that kinda money on making it quicker.

By the way,its a sports cat from an M3 3 series thats been fabricated to fit. And its not a de-cat

however if you do id like to call dibs on your rear splitter and side skirts please.

Posssibly the spolier depending on price.

Yeah no worries :) The spoiler will be sold with the smooth boot (as the spoiler will NOT come off)

Led rear lights!!!! I have been after some for ages!!! I
would be willing to pay for them or give you my stock lights
and some money, which ever way you decide to do it
please let me know when you come to sell.
It's also a shame your deciding to break her as she is a thing
of pure beauty(Y)
 
@ Laz912: Please bare in mind that the rear springs have now been 'modified' so are now lower than 65mm (probs about 85 ish)

Like i've said,i'm not making promises as to when this will happen. It all depends how good i am at saving money :p haha

I wont be letting any parts go until the new car is purchased

Everyone will be informed when it'll be time to break it. But fear not,if your name is next to the item,you will have it :)
