You will need to supply your own coloured bulbs, these can be bought cheaply from Halfords or most motor factors. All wiring included for an easy install. if frosted perspex can be obtained how difficult is it to manufacture a set and be made rd legal.

As long as you have the right coloured bulbs and run reflectors on the rear you should be OK I would think

simple as that. can gently shape the perspex over a existing rear light back (heat gun) for perfect fit after removing original factory lense
