K11 German Rear lights

after searching the fantastic GOOGLE, i found these:

it says they where for a nissan micra k11, but i havent been able to actually find them on there proper website? you can zoom in on the "google image" to see a better, bigger image.

i dont know what i think of them? and also if they are actually for the micra? wheres fog light etc?

it say's they not for a micra and in german it say's "that at this time the is no lights in this section" e.g. they do not do any
