What have you done with the old manifold? New one looks great! And crisis or not atleast you still have the car, slow progress is better than nothing
What would ont of those turbo manifolds Costa? I Will need onekligen later!
Yes im verk intrested im ringt nog converting my k10 with a CG10DE to get The fuelinjection and electronics sorted out, then I will swap for a CGA3D, I'm not looking for as high power as yours tho, maybe 150 at the wheels to begin with what turbo would fit that manifold and be the right size to get as much low end torque as possible?i dont know yet the final cost....(today we decided to make it with external wastegate..... we will be a litle bit noisy...)
if you are interested i will give an ask to the guy is building it and tell you...

I think Saab aero turbos are t25?this kind of manifold can take any turbo that has t25 flange thats a big range of turbo's
in order to get low end torque it's not only matter of the turbo but most off the engine you gonna build...
you need to make good research with cams valves etc
i think that a medium range turbo its going to work great in order to get the ammount of power you want with low pressure
i was using a modifiedGT2554Rand was really great for everyday car but it can produces as well good power at wheels...
Thanks my friend.....Just.....WOW!
This is totally epic just read this whole thread... highs and lows like we all have with micras...
But what a MONSTER!!!!
Unless my eyes are deceiving me, you've upgraded to a GT2560R too Jim
No my friend this isnt a GT2560R
this is an modified GTSS from HKS turbo
This post makes me highly aware that I know very little about turbochargers...A.K.A - Garrett GT2859R 707160-9
Nice!

I'm no egghead. I'm only aware of the units in question as they frequently come up in discussion amongst Skyline owners. There's always a risk it's a pile of tripe lol
Still, regardless of numbers, its good to see Jim getting the car back towards being alive again
thanks....Looks great
yeap panhrad rod is stanless steell... with ball bearing at the conections of it...it is for race use only...but hoo gives a s h i t ...hahahahahahahahhahahaPanhard rod looks the business! Is it stainless? Exhaust looks sweet! What bore size? Glad this thing is progressing again!
Edit; its aluminium by the looks
So basically it's a 2.75" exhaust
This looks the nuts!! What kinda boost are you hoping for?
