K10 stereo wiring?

I will be fitting a decent headunit to my K10 sometime soon. Before I do this I want to cut the old connector and wire in an ISO plug.

Does anyone have a list of the wires, their colours and what they do so I can connect it up correctly to the ISO plug?

I have a plug that plugs stright onto the micra plug and the other end is an iso if you want it?

Ideally, I would like to wire in an ISO plug instead of the nissan one. Saves having to have 2 adapters plugged in to have a decent stereo fitted...
