K10 engine painting

Hey, i want to paint my cam cover and head, what type of engine paint should i use i want to use a blue paint or red or even white , i went itno halfords today but both shops only had Black gloss, matt black, and plain black as there colour shoice, any idea where i can get it i dont want spray tins!

i just used normat enamel paint, did mine gold, never came off even after almost a year.
