I need that gear knob haha and im wanting banded steelys I think but not sure it definatley needs lowering but not sure by how much. Cheers for welcoming me im looking forward to seeing some smart cars!!

Head over to the "official msc lowering guide" a plethora of information on there for you about lowering.
As for wheels have a nosey at some of the cars on here. Gives good ideas

Do flocked dashboards and centre consoles look good in k11s??

All personal opinion
Flocked dashes are for motor sport cars in my opinion
My centre console is switches and fuses
