i've read a few places saying they havnt worked but not sure what year the cars were

Not sure, never got round to finding the stalk to go with it. As far as I'm aware if you've got the stalk it should power and work like normal.

just people have said about them not being programmed for fogs if it didnt come with them, but i think thats a bit strange
like why leave wires everywhere for stuff you don't have XD

if it doesn't work just wire them to a 12v supply and stick a switch on the dash. Easy enough to do. Just take time to route the wires.

Yeah, going to get some for my Red GX. Trouble is finding the early facelift fogs lights when i'm working mon-fri 9-5 . Still not came across any in the scrappies either.

Updates on my car:

Fixed the blown exhaust
buying some wheels tomorrow, see JonnyGT's post
exhaust also sitting flush with bumper edge so legal MOT wise
had a track rod end fixed too to stop the knocking but there's still some noise coming from the offside(CV boot?)

Coilies or chopping for a little while... not too sure. Got some corsa b rear shocks ready to rumble too

Still got my terrible stock CD player. Anyone know what IO cable i need to link it to an aftermarket?

aye, just did a quick paint job yesterday, need sanding back a little with fine grit and they'll be sweet

Took my door cards and dash apart today to check everything was as it should be.... It was. Did a bit of test spraying on some interior plastics, looks alright but I need to do finer coats next time. Ill take some pics tomorrow.

Had a bit wander round a scrappy with Belly today too, got some more ideas for my brum and its not far from my work... Can see the my mountain of late forms already.

Anyway, an update of sorts

Bought an SR, fitted my exhaust system, sorted the engine(usual stuff, terraclean/service/dizzy/rad flush etc) fitted a new induction setup and eventually got some lows

As long as it doesn't look like I'm using hydraulics like it does now I don't mind

Need to source some polybushes Panhard and 3 strut braces before I come to yours too - should e about £200 hopefully

Oh and my new wheels and tyres.. About £300 Jesus... Mounts up

Probably some good discs and pads too for the track. Then I'll be ready to put the icing on the cake with the right suspension.

I need to pull my finger out of my ass and get working. No funnys withs no monies.

So about £900 quid of stuff on a car I got for £650... Oops

Just the way it is.

About £1000 on wheels/tyres/banding, too.

Ghetto aerodynamics...

Basically to clean up the air flow going to the mesh. As I'm not using a panel filter the mounting causes a restriction. Bit of duct tape, smoother flow.
