help non starter only headlights & hazards working

Hi guys got a bit of a problem and i'm looking for some help.

Symptons are when the key is turned in the ignition i get no response whatsoever, i dont even get any lights appearing on the dash board even with the key turned to the start position. However my hazard lights are working. And my head lights seem to work. Any ides what might be causing this?

fuseable links, i dont know where they are on the K11 but i would suggest looking near the battery.

Thanks for your suggestion. I checked the fuseable links turns out my ignition fuse had blown so got a new one and obviously that blew too. Have you any suggestions as to what may be wrong with my ignition system?

short circuit somewhere causing it to earth out and blow the fuse, check all the wiring etc around the ignition barrel and engine earth straps
