Head Unit Problems

I just got myself a Pioneer DEH-P85BT (for my K12) and when i got the old one out i tried to get my new one in to the old bracket only to find that it doesnt quite fit:doh: Do i need to get a new bracket or am i just not forcing it in hard enough lol. if i need a new where would i get one from? also does anybody know where to get a facia for my new HU?

if it is a aftermarket cd player then there should be a cage around the cd player this needs to be installed and the old one needs to be removed.

when you are fitting it make sure that the cage has a good contact with somthing on the metal work of the car as some cd players need to get ground form there and not through the harnes.

dont forget that a iso adapter is needed to connect aftermarket cd players to the original connector.

and also READ THE INSTRUCTIONS till your blue in the face as then you should know exactly what to do!
