I feel for you, I don't totally understand your feelings though, I had a similar situation but it was only 4 pennies!!!! I can't imagine your distress, I do hope that you get your issues sorted dude. Remember, the MSC is behind you, if you ever need a shoulder to cry on, the MSC is here for you.
