Front panel/Bonnet Catch Replacement

I have noticed a couple of cars here have an ally plate to get rid of the bonnet catch and all that stuff.
Just wondering where you get then from? Does matt humphries do them or are they custom made?

they just go through the bonnet then a pin goes through them!
