fitting cams

how hard is it to fit set of cams on 1.3 sr k11 anyone got anyhelp help they can give me as i'm unfamiliar with these engines as i'm new to the micra scene

If you're getting piper reprofile,s then you'll need new valve shims.

just standard cams as the current ones are naffed, i have experience with engines just not this model, i have rebuilt saff cosworth engine before to 480bhp, and c20let engines but i never worked on a engine with a timing chain, is it a ball ache to do or just send to garage

sounds like youll walk it
cam cover off
engine mnt off
inspc plate off
then change cams one at a time
there are 2 chains and factory use coloured links i think to time up, but you,ll suss it! top dead marker on crank pully, and picture where lobes are pointing

yes, but they have slightly different lobe shapes! which could confuse you a bit
