exhuast tip

Well I bought a exhuast tip of johnsams last week. fitted it no problem but its fallen off lol! any one have any ideas how next time when I buy it stop it falling off other than welding?

locktite, possibly drill a hole in exhaust pipe and bolt directly into it.
