My 2004 1.0l E has manual mirrors,but I know all the connections are there for elec,anyone done the upgrade? Will I have to go to nissan to have the ecu upgraded to allow for them please. Huge thank you's in advance

Brilliants thank yous I know electricals with some manufacturers won't allow upgrades without have the ecu programmed to allow for it. I know all the wiring is there in the doors for the mirrors,and the connector block for the adjuster switch I have seen tucked behind the panel.
