the rocker cover doesn't get hot enough to blister the paint so as long as you have a good laqure on it it should be fine

Any specifis make i was wondering using calliper paint stuff?

nah mate, go to halfrauds and buy the color you want plus some primer and normal laquer. then go nuts.

you could use flip paint or flake

caliper paint is high temp stuff (600 degrees c) with a magic hard laqure that seals it... over kill for cam covers and doesn't come in all the colours...
