For an R Reg SR? No unfortunately. You need a Nissan Consult cable and software such as Nissan Datascan.

The one on gumtree has the EOBD 16 pin plug which is fine for Nissans after 1999 but for your R reg SR you need the 14 pin Nissan plug. Best bet is one of those 14 pin 'Consult' emulators you can get for your laptop off ebay (£30ish)
