Please post the brand and model of dashcam you have, the year you bought it, how much you paid, and if you're happy with it

using an old android phone. but i guess dash cams are better as they do front and back recording.
did/does it lower your insurance costs ?

i have had a dash cam for 5 years, cant remember the make, my insurance company at the time ( chris knot ) did not and would not lower my insurance for having a dash cam, and they could not lower it less than £300 even after i had been with them for 7 years, guess what... i binned them off, and went with my bank who beat chris knot by £70 without been cheaper for having a dash cam.
