Been around for some months, but just got around to write something.
My name is Mikkel, im 22, from Denmark, and this is my daily.
First, the car as it sits atm
I got it around March, and while collecting parts the headgasket blew on the way to a cars & coffee, 80km away from home (took around 10 stops and 25 liters of water to get it home)
It was a 1.0 with 220k km on it, and the plan was a 1.3 eventually. Well that plan escalated, and now it is a 1.3 with 1.0 gearbox.
What's done already:
1.3 conversion and ga16 air box
4-1 aftermarket manifold (can't remember the name atm)
Dropped on no springs (Sorry... This will be sorted. Maybe some corsa coils)
RSL Cult 8&9x14with 195/40
6cm fender flares
30cm dildo gearknob
Door cards with Black suede and painted plastic (will post pics)
Jap train hang ring, or what's it called
What's coming:
Need to source where the oil leaks from underneath (hoping it's the oil pan gasket, and not the crank seal)
Fix the gear oil leak from the reverse switch
Full paint correction
New grille
Flocked dash
Paint every grey piece of plastic black (who ever thought gray plastic would look good?)
Bumper mount oil cooler
2 inch exhaust
Fab some kind of rear wing
And some random jdm lyfe stuff
Long term plans:
Super S bumpers (I only know of 2 sets in DK, so I will need to get someone in the UK to ship 'em )
Source some Recaro fishnets
Find a new daily so I can play with nistune and boost
