Corsa v 1.0 k10

last nite a modified new corsa was on my tale and i couldnt shake him off.this was going from 15mph to 40mph however. his acceleration seemd just as good as my 1.0 k10 or if not better. is it normal for a corsa to be just as quick as a k10 or was it my driving?:glance:

depends what engine size the corsa had of course.

but a 1.2 old school corsa is one of the least powerful 1.2's around, around 45bhp or something

probably a 1.2, i thought the new corsa only had 50bhp though, think it was a 51 plate

the new corsa im talking about.
it wasnt street racing at all a bus turned off down another road which meant i had to slow dwn to about 15mph then i went up to 40mph and yes it was a 40mph limit.
i am not surprised ur k12 can eat a corsa my k10 engine is 15 years old, so can u really expext it to beat a new corsa? im not so sure

i no that the new corsa's 1.2 16v are rather slower at gettin to 65 mph than 1.0 16v k11s so maybe its the same for 1ltr k10s:laugh:
