colour coding

hey guys, i have a 2001 silver micra, but it has those strips on either side in black, and also two little ones on the back which are balck. i want to spray them silver, could i take these off to do it? how can i do this?

dunno if the back ones come off, but the sides do, they are glued on.

however if you take them off then it'll be a right pain to put them back on straight i rekon, s prob best either painting them on the car or taking them off and leaving them off.

or take it to a spray shop and they'll do it for you.

mine were grey the bump strips but yeh they r glued on right bugger to take off give yourself about 3hrs or so lol (no lie) but theres about 10million threads on the bump strips and ways to take them off
