Depends what you mean by custom, but yes. The default option is a semi assembled loom, (pictured below), which you use to splice into the existing OEM loom for all required hardware.

Other options are available but are correspondingly more expensive and are in the form of fully assembled looms, which replace the OEM engine loom.
 
does it take much wiring up with the semi assembled loom?

A fair bit yes, as you would need to splice into all required power, hardware and sensors on the car. i.e. +12v direct supply, ignition supply and grounds, fuel injectors, fuel pump, ignition coil outputs, tacho output, crank sensor, MAF sensor and coolant temperature sensor.

old thread but still thinking about this, did you use the omex/ford coilpack or the standard k11 coils?
 
Will work with stock coils if you know how. I set up both Nis and Low rider. You'd need to take it to a specialist rather than an auto electrician...
