Cleaning injector?

Hi guys
One of my main goal with the car is to reduce my fuel comsumption wich actualy is ~7L/100km in town and 5.8L/100KM on roads. I have already changed air filter, sparks with new stuff.
what do you think of this product:

Do you think it would be efficient on a 90 000KM Micra? Or it's pure scam?

the injectors have 4 tiny holes in the end seb, i doubt you would gain any fuel milage if that stuff unblocked the holes, it may restore lost power if it works tho eh

i cleaned my injectors with nail varnish remover on the ends (where the holes are) with a cottonbud and a tooth pic to remove the deposits so it was nice and clean then filled the lid of the WD40.....with WD40 and left them over night, the next day i cleaned all over with cottonbuds to the point where the little bits of mesh around the injector were white :laugh: then placed on my daughters vibrating rocker for a day in the tub of WD40, (kris's version of a sub sonich cleaning) so i did it too as i got them for nothing and wasnt going to justify paying £100 to have it done. then cleaned again with cotton buds and... wala (Y)
