CD changer with stock k12 radio?

Hi,

I have an L reg k12, SE, and want to know if I can connect a CD changer to the stock radio. It's the one which looks like this: http://i598.photobucket.com/albums/tt66/pinkmicra/cdplayer-micra.jpg (Another forum member helpfully took a picture of theirs, so I'm linking to that pic!).

If so, are there any brands other than Nissan I can use?

Unfortunately I don't believe it's possible.

Can't access the pic but my K12 didn't have an option for a changer.
