Canon EOS 400D with 18-55 lens and extras

I bought this brand new around 9 months ago, since i never use and it's just my pikey little sisters borrowing it, i am selling my 400D to get another point and shoot.

The camera is in mint condition, comes with;
- all it's original packaging, cables, etc
- 4Gb compact flash card (Kingston)
- EFS 18-55mm lens
- Canon camera bag

Been looking on eBay and they seem to go for £300, so it £280 posted or £275 collected from North London or Stevenage.
