Sorry to admin as i know its in wrong area but need help quickly to finish my essay.
I need to know what the maximum penalties for the
-possession of Cannabis
- supply of Cannabis
but it needs to be under the misuse of drugs act 1971. I cant work out weather it was class B or C in 1971 as i know its C now but i think it was originally C then went up to B then back down to C as it is now.
Any help greatly appreciated
