cams rules- rear hatch

hey all,

ive got my final hill climb before i go too USA for a year this wkend and im just wondering if anyone knows if i can compeat whithout a rear hatch? would be a handy weight saving...

ive got only one seat but otherwise weight saving is not going too well, honestly why did i get a slx with air and power steer??? bad plan, when i get back from us i plan to build up a lx like sodaniels old one is that car still in brisbane?

i would not do that anyway. Would think it would make the car handle like crap as it would compromise the body rigidity. make it feel very sloppy like a convertable kinda. If that makes sense but i would prob say CAMS would not allow this.
