42/0/0/42 for the 1.3,s, and i always file a flat onto the dowel so that its D shaped.
you will probably need to just advance them both, to compensate for the chain wear eh, but if you are autograssing or rallying it ? you might want to try retarding the inlet maybe,
i always set mine with about 30 deg of overlap @tdc, and i use the notch in the top of the bucket to check if its free to spin as the lobe makes contact (15 deg btdc exh, and 15deg atdc inlet)
