i passed my test back on feb 15 and brought the micra on the 18th of feb for £900. a 1.0l t reg inspiration it had 88587 miles on the clock, 2 lady owners from new. i gave it a service a few weeks after and in the time ive had it ive changed the pads, cv gaiter, belts and lower cross member.

the first thing i did was to change the front windscreen jets for the chrome ones from halfords as one of them was blocked.
the next thing i did was change the gear knob and pedals i also put on my msc stickers, next up was a painted rocker cover in orange thanks to micka.
next was some foglights/ driving lights thanks to rydan79

next up was tacho,voltmeter and oil pressure gauges.

i then decided to get alloys after going through 2 sets of wheel trims, i brought some 15" alloys from floodie.

next up was some seat covers and a cone filter that i got from the jap shop, the cone filter will be relocated soon.

next up was a sportex 3" backbox, shortly followed by a "frankspeed" mani that i had from kamisama as well has his 1.3 engine(more on that in future plans).

next up was a custom battery clamp that was on for a while and then that got swapped with a custom battery box that my dad made up. pics,full spec list and future plans to come shortly.

i also forgot to mention that i changed the aerial, head unit and parcel shelf and added a cigarette lighter

The Car Looks Cracking Mate(Y), you've done a good job all round.

FIRST TIP before the winter, take off those Tyre valves and smear some copper grease around the thread, if you don't they'll weld together and end up having to remove all the tyres from from alloys :doh: been there done that got the bill grr.

Next Up I have some matching Floor mats that go with the Seat Covers if your interested, the need a clean though fwn.

change the cams over to 1.3 and anything else i can put in there from the 1.3 and then eventually a full swap over
relocate the air filter
change the ht leads
change the hoses to blue
change the brake pipes
add a strut bar
maybe apply a flyeyes kits
change the down pipe and mid pipe
clear indicators

and possibly some more stuff

after i got the cams fitted i done a 0-60 run and got a time of 13.8 secs

the only other 0-60 run i had done was with a full car load(me and 3 passengers) and got a time of around 26 secs, the 13.8 sec run was with just one passenger that done the timing

around october relocated my air filter and fitted a strut brace

over winter i had my alloys refurbed and powder coated and about 2 months back i had a set of toyo proxes fitted and a couple of weeks back painted the letters
i will be repainting the drums and calipers a different colour soon im thinkng gold or black

next up was lowering by 35mm using gmax springs before and after

up next was some smoothed bumpers and i dissmantled my spare dash over the weekend

Need to take the bumper strips off mate, looks so much cleaner without them. Apart from that, looking pretty sweet. Love the colour especially (Y). Looking forward to the next update, keep up the good work :grinning:
