Will be supplied with black disks that can be glued/trim taped to the wheel centers to cover the double drilling - check out the front wheels on my red car - they are disguised in the same way.

No these are now bare wheels Matt, ready for you to swap tyres over from your steels or buy the size you require. They look good with 165/55's for a lower profile.
