hi there, i think it is time at last for a picture of where i put the wire for clocks. i spliced into a wire that came from the dizzy, check my blog, for the correct colour. from the car that the tacho dials came from, i also cut the plug out, leaving about 50mm of wire, so that i could solder...

i might take them off for a little while, and see what i think. i have finally also sorted out linking the indicators with the remote locking, so that they flash when the car is locked/unlocked, but operate normally with the indicators. i will explain how i did if people want to know.

i dunno. it didnt used to have rear flaps when i got it, but i got some, i thought they smartened the rear of the car up a lot. lol.

couldnt find the spoiler, i think it must have got chucked. lol. just fitted square pants old side skirts (pics tomorrow) i think they look ace! really subtle, but a great addition. only one bummer though - one of the sills is foooked. a big hole in it =[ they have been repaired before, but...

is the gearing ration on 1 1.0l box differnt to a 1.3l, sounds stupid question, as i'd imagine it is, but what sort of difference is there?

i use mine alot for lugging bikes around. i ake the wheels out, and drop the seats, and can actually get everything inside the car, and thats with the sub, and parcel shelf left in! means there is no extra drag, and can still sit at 80 quite happily (only a 1.0l) looking good...

i got mine for christmas 2 years ago. my dad was talking about getting me one, to learn in, as he thought they were good little cars, but untill we got one, we didnt realise how good. i was over the moon when i saw mine parked in the garage on christmas. they are nippy reliable and cheap...

i did my motorbike test this year. i did my cbt in january, and then my test in march. bikes are a lot more fun. loads of my mates etc ask why a bike, wheni have a car, but i like having a choice, and lets be honest, micra's arent thrilling to drive, especially not compared with an xr400...

i'd be up for a meet! i cant do this sunday, (vw show), and i cant do the last sunday of may (mtb race) but aside from those two dates, i reckon i'm available.
