you con solder them but if the solder comes loose you could end up with the starter motor coming in randomnly or other wiring faults so i get another plug and wire that up

to fit the clock dials in a k10 with no clock you need to rewire the plug as the plugs are diffrent theres a wiring diagram somewhere il see if i can find it, the only diffrence instead of a 12v feed for the clock its a pulse from coil

not sure on the age i got it off ebay and it didnt say but the 1.2 boxes are all the same. Any k10 gbox will fit any k10 engine with no mods and run fine not sure about k11 boxes though

i have a 1.2 gearbox in my 1.0 super and was a straght swap although watch out when getting a gearbox as me and a mate both bought boxes for our k10s and they both turned out just as noisy

had the mot and passed first time! had a couple of advisories including a rust hole in the rear wheel arch :( and the usual water in the headlamp but chuffed it also passed also the backbox i have on it went straght through which was a suprise as a treat for the micra its getting a nice 5speed...

hi mate what part of london as im in sussex so wudnt mind a trip if your not to far, to adjust the idle follow the throttle cable to the carb and where it connects there should be a rest with a screw just turn it to adjust idle, and micras have an auto choke you just pump the pedal once before...

its deffinatly not your starter motor if you jump start it ( i got confuzed and thought you were bumping it) try getting the car going then go for a long drive as sometimes a charger doesnt charge enough

batterys probably dead no matter how much you charge it its probably dead either that or knackerd starter motor check the battery first charge and it and get a multimeter on it should be between 12 and12.5 if alls good. i have a 4 speed micra to and i quite like the long gears but im changing...

ive decided against a 1.3 conversion as i dont have the space for a donor k11 and a project k10 plus my current k10. so now im looking to get an ma12 and strip, rebuild and turbo it whilst i sort the suspension/brakes on the super than fit it in that. basiclly got a couple of ideas for this but...

the ecu cars still have a carb just a more complex one. not sure about the cams but if the ma10 and ma12 heads are interchangeable and the valves etc are the same size id use the ma10 head on the ma12 block as the ma10 has a higher comp ratio than the ma12 (9.5:1 vs 9:1) i might be wrong...

7! lol had a couple of fat mates squeeze in the micra had 4 in the back squeezed up and all over the place and me and 2 others in the front was in a car park so drove round.........was about an inch off the ground went sideways at 10mph and the clutch slipped a bit :laugh: :laugh:
