Just wondering if anyone has tried one of these ?

I'm looking for something I can have bolted away, and still retain the steering wheel audio control for tracks, volume and source rather than be pressing buttons elsewhere..
Ideally just want to be able to leave the iPod plugged in the glove box or the other little cubby whole out of sight and not have to touch it and was curious if this delivers everything it apparently promises to do
And for installation, is it possible to do it without removing half the car, instead getting to the back of the stereo to attach it via the glove box ?
Or should I just buy a proper stereo with an iPod interface or an SDcard slot ?
