Wobbly Bolts

Has anyone ever used 'wobbly bolts'?

i can get some 4 inch pcd (101.6mm) wheels and have been told to use wobbly bolts but ive never heard of them.
what are they and how do they work?
are they safe to use and legal?

Also where can i get them from and how much can i expect to pay for them?

no not minilites, some weller 8 spoke steelies

tried wobbly bolts on an other car, and it didnt work basically was a waste of time, plus the K10 has studs so it wont work.

go for old vw steelies, look mint and are 4 x 100
