Wobble

Hi wondering if anyone can help.

My 2000 k11 has a wobble when driving slow. Feels like it’s coming from the passenger side/Near side front.

I’ve checked strut, ball joint, track rod end and put different steelie on aswell but its still there.

ANY IDEAS LOL??

Car went through MOT in December with no advisories.

Hoping it’s something small.

My insurance is up for renewal July 1st.

But don’t really want to she the old girl go. Also can’t really afford to be buying another car if I’m honest.


Any help will be much appreciated.

I'd be tempted to check all the wheels and tyres. Or if you're able swap them with someone else to try.

I'd swap around all of the tyres, as then if the wobble moves, you can be fairly sure it's a wheel problem.
Have you had the wheels aligned since owning it?

a friend had a wobble on their car it eventually turned out to be a failing CV-joint.

It usually is a cv joint when its low speed dependent.

Unless it's a loose wheel balancing is usually felt at higher speeds.

The wifes almeria was doing my nut in with same symptoms, turned out to be a bubble on the tread where the steel braiding was damaged by all the damn potholes
