wiring fog in jdm lights

hi all, recently purchaced ebay item:370098077132 (jdm rear lights) and was wondering
1. will it just plug and play (all lights)
2.can i modify wiring to get fog to work(read something once but cant find a guide)
3.will i need an auxillery fog.
im sure someone has the wisdom to shed some light, thanks in advance, Tom.

all the wiring will be there, you will probably need to pull the pins out of the plug on the new light and put them bakc in in different places, the same as on the my LED rear lights.
