Center bore needs to be larger than 59,1 mm. Otherwise, you should be fine.

i was thinking of putting 5mm spacers on the rear any way , would that be enough to clear the lip on the brake drum's?

Just make sure you dont forget about the width

I've had 15" 4x100 6j ET45 on low profile tyres (on the car when i bought it) and they fit fine even with a 35mm drop.

i really doubt the bore is 57.1mm on them wheels. not quite sure what you mean about the lip on the brake drum. im pretty sure that if your 13" steels fit these will too

Agreed, after market wheels usually have a bigger centre bore to enable spigot rings to be used to suit a variety of cars. Lip on brake drum? Meaning the spigot possibly?

i have lowered it on matiz rears , so it is quite low,
PCD=4x100, offset=35 to 38 and centre bore is 57.1 < this is what the seller told me when i asked him the pcd and centrebore.

if the centre bore is 57.1 could i get spigot rings to fit them?
would these fit with 195/50/15 tyre's or would i have to have 195/45/15?

center bore of micra is 59.1 so the wheels wont fit anyway.you would have to get them bored out.

Unlikely spigot rings could be made that small.
