why is K11's gas pedal hard, how to adjust clutch pedal

My car is Nissan Micra K11, 2001 (Y),

How can i soften the gas pedal?

How can i soften the clutch pedal?

My car dosent go more then 65mph on the motorway? Plus it starts shacking.

The clutch pedal and accelerator pedal are really light on my K11, I've driven other ones and the controls have been a lot heavier, but I'm at a loss as to why.

When I had my 2001 1.4S, they replaced the accelerator cable when it was in for a service once. Apparently it was a known issue, hence the replacement .

Agree with Guy about the accelerator cable.

The 65mph and shaking sounds like the front calipers binding. Check if they are getting hot. Service or replace.
